At its recently-held product launch event, the Chinese consumer electronics maker – Vivo has officially debuted its flagship X300 series smartphones. The pre-order for these latest flagships is currently live in China, and their official sale is scheduled to commence three days later.

Pricing and Availability
Vivo X300 smartphone comes in five different storage options of 12GB/256GB, 16GB/256GB, 12GB/512GB, 16GB/512GB, and 16GB/1TB, and these are respectively priced at CNY 4399, CNY 4699, CNY 4999, CNY 5299, and CNY 5799.
On the other hand, only three storage options are available for the Vivo X300 Pro and customers can get it in 12GB/256GB, 16GB/512GB, and 16GB/1TB that carries respective price tags of CNY 5299, CNY 5999, and CNY 6699. Additionally, a 16GB/1TB satellite communication variant is also there for the Vivo X300 Pro, and it is listed at a price of CNY 8299 (with the photography kit).
As mentioned, the pre-order for both the Vivo X300 and the Vivo X300 Pro smartphones are now live, and it will be put up for sale in China starting from the 17th of October 2025. Just to add, the same launch conference had also marked the launch of the Vivo Watch GT 2, Vivo 120W Multi-Port Flash Charging Kit, and the Vivo TWS 5, along with a few other products.
