Vivo X300 Series Featuring a Comprehensive Design Aesthetic Upgrade Announced to Launch in China on 13th October 2025; Snapdragon 8s Gen 3-Powered Vivo Pad 5e Also Confirmed to Launch Alongside it
The Chinese leading consumer electronics maker – Vivo has been officially teasing its upcoming Vivo X300 series smartphones over the past few days and ahead of the scheduled October 2025 launch, the brand had begun its pre-appointment in China about two weeks back. Now, its exact launch date has been announced by the brand, in addition to a few other details concerning its design and color choices. As previously revealed, there are a few other new products too that are expected to be brought out with the brand’s latest flagship smartphones, and the Vivo Pad 5e has now been confirmed to launch alongside.

Vivo X300 Series and Vivo Pad 5e – Launching on 13th October 2025 in China
As per the newly-shared teaser updates, Vivo’s X300 series smartphones will be featuring a comprehensive design aesthetic upgrade this time over its predecessors, and notably this include design aspects such as a minimalist circular design, suspended water droplets, cold-sculpted glass, and an invisible camera module experience. Natural colors like ‘Lucky Color’ and ‘Wild Brown’ have been teased respectively for the standard Vivo X300 and the Vivo X300 Pro smartphone models, and the two are pointed out to be flagship imaging devices that are capable of producing ‘blockbuster films’.
For the Vivo X300 smartphone, the brand has also teased other specs as well, and it is revealed to feature a 6.31″ dynamic small straight screen, a 7.95mm ultra-thin body, velvet glass, and vertical metal frame. Four color variants can also be expected for this device including the Lucky Color, and the three other color choices are Cozy Purple, Free Blue, and Pure Black.
Coming to the Vivo Pad 5e, it has been teased as a perfect companion for learning and entertainment, and it features a 12.1″ soft-light eye-protective display. Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset, PC-level WPS, and customized CAJViewer are its other notable key specs. Also, the teaser poster suggests three color variants for the device and customers will be able to get it in Black, Blue, and Purple colors. Next month on the 13th of October 2025 at 7:00 PM local time, Vivo will be holding a new product launch event in China and at which, the Vivo X300 series smartphones and the Vivo Pad 5e tablet are now confirmed to be officially unveiled. The Vivo TWS 5 series earbuds as well as the Vivo Watch GT 2 smartwatch are also expected to be launched at this same event.
