Vivo X300 Series Confirmed to Use Dimensity 9500 Chip and Support 4K 60fps Cinematic Portrait Video; Vivo X300 Pro to Equip V3+ Imaging Chip
Last week, the Chinese consumer electronics maker – Vivo had officially announced the pre-appointment for the next X300 series smartphones in its home market and following which, the first look of two of the upcoming devices were shared online. A few of the display and camera related specs were also pointed out, along with the AnTuTu scores for the pro model (its Satellite Communication Edition – 4,011,932 points), and now, the chipset that will be used by the X300 series has been confirmed, in addition to a few more camera details.

Vivo X300 Series – Dimensity 9500 Chip, 4K 60fps Cinematic Portrait Video, V3+ Imaging Chip
As per the new updates that have now been shared, Vivo’s upcoming X300 series will be making use of the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 flagship chip as revealed before, and it will also be supporting 4K 60fps cinematic portrait video capability for the first time in the world (prior to any Android and iPhone devices). Also, the Vivo X300 Pro is pointed out to equip the brand’s own self-developed V3+ imaging chip as well, for an enhanced camera experience.
Speaking more, so far, the Vivo X300 and Vivo X300 Pro smartphones have only taken their place in reports and both of these have received Indonesia’s SDPPI, European EEC, and China’s 3C certifications. The Geekbench listings of Vivo X300 global and Chinese variants have also been spotted. Android 16 OS, 16GB RAM, 90W wired charging are a few of the revealed key specs. Regarding the launch, the debut is believed to take place in the Chinese market next month in early October 2025, followed by its Indian launch likely in early December 2025.
