Vivo X300 FE with 6.31″ Flat AMOLED Display, Anti-Glare Coating, and Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 Announced

Vivo’s X300 FE has been in the news via several leaks and rumours. But that has now changed, as Vivo has silently announced this smartphone in Russia by listing it on the Vivo Russia website. And as it was rumoured, this smartphone is indeed a rebrand of the Vivo S50 Pro Mini launched in China in December. However, this global variant comes with Bluetooth 6.0, unlike Bluetooth 5.4, which comes in the S50 Pro Mini. Apart from that, both devices show identical specs and design.
Here is more to it.
Vivo X300 FE – Specs and Features
It runs on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 SoC, which is now the second smartphone outside China to feature it (the first is the iQOO 15R), paired with 12GB LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and 256GB or 512GB UFS 4.1 storage. Talking about the display, it features a 6.31″ Flat LTPO AMOLED FHD+ display (2640 × 1216 resolution) with a 1–120Hz refresh rate, thin anti-glare coating, and up to 5000 nits peak brightness. The phone packs a 6500mAh battery with 90W FlashCharge fast charging and 40W wireless charging.
While at the front it has a 50MP sensor, the rear has a 50MP IMX921 main camera, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, and a 50MP IMX882 telephoto camera with 3X optical zoom. The device runs OriginOS 6 based on Android 16 (5 Major OS Upgrades till Android 21/ 7 Years of security patch updates till 2033) and comes with IP68 and IP69 dust and water resistance, 5-star SGS drop protection, along with a 3D ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner. 5G dual-SIM support, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0, NFC, USB-C, and multiple satellite positioning systems (GPS, BeiDou, GLONASS, Galileo, QZSS, NavIC, A-GPS, mobile network positioning, and Wi-Fi positioning) are its connectivity features.

In terms of design, the phone measures 150.83 × 71.76 × 7.99 mm (8.10 mm for Moonlight White) and weighs around 190–191g, with a glass back panel and colour options including Moonlight White, Cool Purple, and Graphite Black.
Pricing and Availability
This is just a listing, and most likely in the coming days, Vivo may soon announce the availability and pricing details for this region. By the way, this smartphone is also going to be launched in India as well, and its pricing, as per tipster Abhishek Yadav, will start from ₹60,000 in India. However, this pricing detail was given in December, and a lot has since changed as component and memory prices have increased, in turn affecting the pricing of smartphones.
