Vivo X300 and X300 Pro Design and Color Options Revealed Via New Teasers; BOE Q10 Plus Eye Protection Display Confirmed; Vivo X300 Pro’s 200MP Periscope Telephoto Portrait Camera Samples Shared
Vivo’s next flagship X300 series smartphones are believed to make their debut next month in the Chinese market and the pre-appointment for the two are currently live. We have already come across multiple updates concerning these upcoming devices and now, new updates have revealed their design, color options, display specs, and camera samples.

Vivo X300 and Vivo X300 Pro – Revealed Design, Color Options, Display Specs, Camera Samples
Both the Vivo X300 and Vivo X300 Pro smartphone models as earlier revealed will be jointly developed by ZEISS, and the two will be offering advanced camera features. In terms of design, the two seemingly have thin form factor designs with flat side and rear panels. Antenna lines can be seen along the sides of the two devices, and the volume rockers and power button can be spotted at their right side panels. Additionally, the Vivo X300 Pro has an added button at the left side panel too, and it is suggested to feature a dual speaker system.
Coming to their rear panels, the two have projected large circular camera modules that are centrally-placed at the top portion, while the Vivo-branding is given at the bottom. Speaking more, the lens arrangement are different for the two just like on their predecessors, and we can find a cross-like and square-like internal circular units placement respectively on the Vivo X300 and the Vivo X300 Pro devices. Periscope telephoto camera lenses are given on both the standard and pro models and from what it seems, the Vivo X300 has four camera sensors at the rear, whereas Vivo’s X300 Pro appears to have only three. An added microphone hole is also likely given within the two camera modules, and their LED light strip is positioned outside at the top-left portion of the rear panel. Regarding the color options, Chinese customers will be able to expect Blue and Pink colors for the Vivo X300, and Gold/Bronze and Black colors for the Vivo X300 Pro.
About the teased display specs, both the Vivo X300 and the Vivo X300 Pro flagships will be featuring the BOE Q10 Plus eye-protective display supporting the LTPO technology, hardware-level 1-nit low brightness, 2160Hz full-brightness high-frequency PWM dimming, and full-brightness DC dimming. Also, the display given on the teaser poster points to a flat display with slim bezels and a centrally-placed punch-hole selfie camera.
As mentioned, two camera samples taken using the Vivo X300 Pro’s 200MP periscope telephoto portrait camera have also been shared online (via @ZionsAnvin). The captured images depict great details and rich colors, and the subject is captured with no particular distortions.
Speaking more, the Vivo X300 series as per previously-shared/revealed details, will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset, and the Geekbench listings of the standard and pro models have reiterated it. A 4K 60fps cinematic portrait video capture capability has also been teased for the two, while Vivo’s X300 Pro will additionally equip the brand’s own self-developed V3+ imaging chip. Also, their 3C listings have pointed out 90W wired fast charging support, and the two have also received certifications from the Indonesian SDPPI and European EEC authorities too.
The official launch date for the Vivo X300 series in China is still yet to be announced, however it is reported to take place likely next month in early October 2025. Following this, the flagship series is also tipped to hit the Indian market as well, possibly in early December 2025, and the storage options and color choices for the Vivo X300 in India were tipped earlier.
