Vivo X200T officially confirmed to come with 6.67″ 120Hz display, 5,000 nits peak brightness, MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ SoC and more

Earlier, we reported that the camera specifications of the Vivo X200T had been revealed via Flipkart’s microsite, which also stated that the performance details would be disclosed on January 25th, 2026. However, Vivo has now officially published almost the complete specifications on the Vivo X200T launch page, currently live on the Vivo India website.
Here is more to it.
Vivo X200T Specs and Features Revealed
Earlier, I had missed this microsite on the Vivo India website, but Vivo has now officially listed almost all the specs on it. This is despite the Flipkart microsite mentioning January 22nd under the “Album” theme, followed by an OriginOS-focused reveal on January 23rd, and then a performance-focused reveal on January 25th.
According to the official listing, the Vivo X200T will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chipset. It will include gaming features such as Virtual Graphics Card, Game Super Resolution, and Game Frame Interpolation. The phone will pack a 6,200mAh battery (6,060mAh rated), built using third-generation Silicon Anode technology. It will support 90W wired fast charging and 40W wireless charging. Other features include battery health protection and bypass charging for gaming.

The microsite also claims that the device has crossed 3 million points on AnTuTu. It will feature a 6.67″ display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 5,000 Local Peak Brightness (LPB), 460 PPI pixel density, P3 wide colour gamut, and support for 1.07 billion colours. The listing also confirms it will come with IP68 & IP69 Dust and Water Resistance.
The colour options include Stellar Black, which Vivo describes as a canvas of calm intensity, and Seaside Lilac, described as a soft, ethereal wash of lilac. The phone will run OriginOS 6 and will come with Vivo Office Kit, offering features like remote PC access, screen mirroring, task handoff, file transfer, and notes sync. It will also include Origin Island, which allows users to extract, recognise, and share text, images, and files across apps.
Most of these specs were already revealed earlier by tipster Abhishek Yadav, and the ones listed on Vivo’s site match that information. However, at the bottom of the page, it mentions that the test was conducted on a 12GB + 256GB version of the V27 for AnTuTu version 9, which doesn’t make any sense — likely a typo.
That said, the 12GB + 256GB memory variant mentioned there does match the earlier tip where pricing was revealed. So the memory option is probably correct, while the remaining details at the bottom are likely wrong, where it mentions how the AnTuTu score was obtained.
