Vivo X200T launched in India with 6.67″ 1.5K Flat AMOLED display, Dimensity 9400+, 3M+ AnTuTu score

The launch date for the Vivo X200T was confirmed earlier, and now the day has arrived. Vivo has officially launched the Vivo X200T in the Indian market.

Vivo X200T – Specs and Features
The Vivo X200T is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chipset (3M+ score on AnTuTu), paired with LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and UFS 4.1 storage, and supported by a 4,500mm² liquid cooling vapour chamber for sustained performance during gaming and heavy usage. It includes gaming-focused features such as Virtual Graphics Card, Game Super Resolution, and Game Frame Interpolation. The phone packs a 6,200mAh battery (6,060mAh rated) built using third-generation silicon anode technology, with support for 90W wired fast charging and 40W wireless charging, along with battery health protection and bypass charging for gaming.
It features a 6.67″ 1.5K flat AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 5,000 Local Peak Brightness (LPB), 460 PPI pixel density, P3 wide colour gamut, and support for 1.07 billion colours. The device also comes with IP68 and IP69 dust and water resistance.
The Vivo X200T is available in two colour options of Stellar Black and Seaside Lilac. It runs on OriginOS 6 and is confirmed to receive five major Android OS updates and seven years of security patches. It includes Vivo Office Kit features such as remote PC access, screen mirroring, task handoff, file transfer, and notes sync. Origin Island is also present, allowing users to extract, recognise, and share text, images, and files across apps. System features such as Memory Fusion, Origin Smooth Engine, and multitasking tools are included to improve everyday usage.
In terms of cameras, the phone features a 50MP ZEISS super telephoto camera using the upgraded IMX882 sensor with a 70mm equivalent focal length and f/2.57 aperture. It supports 100x HyperZoom and telephoto macro photography up to 20x zoom. The main camera is a 50MP ZEISS sensor (IMX921) with f/1.57 aperture, optical image stabilisation, ZEISS T* coating, and Vivo’s Camera-Bionic Spectrum Technology 2.0. The third rear camera is a 50MP ZEISS ultra-wide-angle camera with autofocus and a 15mm equivalent focal length. On the front, the phone includes a 32MP selfie camera using the KD1 sensor.
Additional camera features include All-Pixels Focus Technology, Multi-Focal HD Portrait, ZEISS Style Portrait, Film-Style Live Photo Portrait, Classic Negative Film Style effect, AI Weather Filters, AI Landscape Master, and the newly added AI Holi Effect, which detects subjects and festive scenes to apply colour-focused portrait effects.

In India, the Vivo X200T is available in two storage variants. The 12GB RAM + 256GB model is priced at ₹59,999, while the 12GB RAM + 512GB variant costs ₹69,999. The smartphone is currently available for pre-booking, with the open sale set to begin from 3rd February. It will be available for purchase via Vivo’s official website, Flipkart, and across leading retail outlets.
