Vivo V60 with 6.77″ 120Hz HDR10+ AMOLED Display, Snapdragon 7 Gen 4, and 50MP ZEISS OIS Main Camera Launched in India

Vivo has launched the first smartphone in the Vivo V60 series in the Indian market, the Vivo V60. The Indian variant is available in three colour options, while the global variant will be offered in Desert Gold, Berry Purple, Mist Gray, Ocean Blue, and Summer Blue. In India, the available colours are Auspicious Gold, Moonlit Blue, and Mist Gray. Apart from the colour and memory options, the global and Indian variants are otherwise identical.

Vivo V60 Specs and Features

It features a 6.77-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 2392 × 1080 pixels, offering a 120Hz refresh rate, P3 wide colour gamut, HDR10+ support, and an impressive 8,000,000:1 contrast ratio. It achieves up to 5000 nits local peak brightness and 1500 nits max global brightness, while also carrying SGS low blue light certification for eye comfort.

Powering the device is the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 processor built on a 4nm process, with an octa-core CPU configuration comprising 1 × 2.8 GHz, 4 × 2.4 GHz, and 3 × 1.8 GHz cores. It is paired with LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 2.2 storage, available in 8GB+128GB, 8GB+256GB, 12GB+256GB, and 16GB+512GB variants, along with up to 12GB of additional virtual RAM. Storage expansion via microSD is not supported.

The vivo V60 is equipped with a 6500 mAh Li-ion battery supported by 90W fast charging and BlueVolt 3rd-Gen Silicon Carbon Anode technology for enhanced battery endurance. It offers IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance. Dimensions vary slightly by colour due to materials — 7.53mm (Mist Gray), 7.65mm (Auspicious Gold), and 7.75mm (Moonlit Blue) — with weights of 192g, 200g, and 201g, respectively.

The rear camera setup includes a 50 MP ZEISS OIS main camera (f/1.88), a 50 MP ZEISS super telephoto camera (f/2.65), and an 8 MP ZEISS ultra-wide-angle camera (f/2.0), with ZEISS optics for professional-grade portrait and telephoto shots. The front camera is a 50 MP ZEISS group selfie camera with autofocus. The AI Aura Light Portrait 2.0 system offers adaptive lighting for realistic skin tones, while AI Photography Suite features include AI Erase 3.0 for removing unwanted objects, reflections, and glare. The phone supports 4K, 1080p, and 720p video recording, with photography modes such as Supermoon, Astro, Underwater Photography, and Dual View.

It also offers advanced cooling via an Ultra Large VC Smart Cooling System for sustained performance and AI SuperLink for improved connectivity in weak-signal areas. Other features include Google Gemini integration for cross-app connected experiences, NFC, dual SIM 5G standby, Bluetooth 5.4, Wi-Fi 2.4/5 GHz, GPS with multiple satellite systems (NavIC included), an in-display optical fingerprint sensor, and an infrared blaster.

The device is shipped with a charger, USB cable, phone case, protective film, eject tool, quick start guide, and warranty card. SAR values are 0.988 W/kg (head) and 0.925 W/kg (body).

Is currently available for pre-booking at vivo exclusive stores, partner retail outlets, and online through vivo.com/in, Flipkart, and Amazon. It is priced at ₹36,999 (inclusive of taxes) for the 8GB + 128GB variant, ₹38,999 for the 8GB + 256GB variant, ₹40,999 for the 12GB + 256GB variant, and ₹45,999 for the 16GB + 512GB variant. Sales will officially start on 19 August across all official channels.
