Here is more to it.

Vivo S50 Pro Mini chipset details revealed

In a post on Weibo, Han Boxiao shared a poster confirming that the Vivo S50 Pro Mini will be equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 SoC, which is scheduled to launch on 26 November 2025. The same poster also mentions that the device has achieved over 3 million points on AnTuTu V11, using the 512GB internal storage variant – thus confirming one of the storage options.

In today’s post, he mentioned that the Vivo S50 Pro Mini will come with LPDDR5X RAM paired with UFS 4.1 storage. This is the same information he shared earlier, where he confirmed that both the Vivo S50 and S50 Pro Mini will feature LPDDR5X (9600Mbps) RAM and UFS 4.1 storage. However, the S50’s chipset remains unconfirmed for now and will likely be revealed in the coming days.

Additionally, a Vivo smartphone recently spotted on the 3C certification website with support for 90W fast wired charging is expected to be part of the Vivo S50 series.
