Vivo S50 Pro mini More Specs and Features Teased, Along With its Rear Panel Design: 6.31″ Flat Display, Sony IMX882 Periscope Telephoto Camera, Inspiration Purple Color, and More Revealed
Just recently, Vivo’s Product Manager – Han Boxiao via his Weibo handle had shared the design features of the upcoming S50 series. Now, along with the rear panel design of the S50 Pro mini model, its specs and other key features have also been teased.

Vivo S50 Pro mini – Teased Specs and Features
As per the latest Weibo update, Vivo’s S50 Pro mini smartphone is pointed out to sport a horizontally-placed camera module at its rear, positioned at the top portion, and it is revealed to house three camera sensors and an LED flashlight. In comparison to other smartphones with horizontal camera modules, the Vivo S50 Pro mini will be the only such smartphone to feature a 6.31″ small flat display screen. It will also have a slim form factor design too.
As earlier teased, the device is covered in aerospace-grade aluminum, and it is made using the cold carving process to offer a high quality feel, strong durability, and a uni-body design. Also, since there is no camera module protrusion, the device won’t wobble when placed on top of a table, and its back is both clean and simple. The revealed image is of the Inspiration Purple color variant.
Speaking more, Han Boxiao again reiterates specs such as the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chip, LPDDR5X Ultra RAM, UFS 4.1 storage, and 3 million+ AnTuTu score for Vivo’s S50 Pro mini model. On the camera side, a VCS ultra-sensitive bionic main camera, Sony IMX882 periscope telephoto camera, 50MP front-facing camera, anti-distortion soft light for selfies, and a flagship-level all-focal-length zoom flash are being offered on the device.
Furthermore, other specs such as a 6500 mAh Blue Ocean battery, 90W wired (previously revealed via 3C) + 40W wireless charging, X-axis linear motor, 3D ultrasonic fingerprint 2.0 sensor, and IP69 + IP68 rated full-level water resistance have also been teased for the upcoming Vivo S50 Pro mini smartphone.
About the official launch, the Vivo S50 series is scheduled to debut in the Chinese market next month in December 2025, however its launch date is still not yet announced. The pre-reservation for the brand’s latest S-series smartphones has also gone live in the country. In related news, the alleged Vivo S50 smartphone model was spotted on the Geekbench database, revealing the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset.
