Over the past few days, via its Amazon India landing page, we have come across multiple specs and features concerning the Redmi Note 15 5G smartphone and now, its thickness has also been teased.

Redmi Note 15 5G – 7.35mm Thin Body Teased
As per the details revealed via Amazon India, the Redmi Note 15 5G Indian variant will be featuring a thickness of only 7.35mm, offering a slim and sleek form factor design. However, it should be noted that its Mist Purple color variant will be 7.4mm thick.
Looking into the previously teased specs, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 chipset will power the device, claiming 10% GPU boost, 30% CPU boost, and 48-month lag-free performance. A 5520mAh large battery has also been teased for the device, with 1.6 days of usage time, up to 5 years of battery health, and 45W wired fast charge support.
For its display, a 6.77″ curved AMOLED display is revealed to be featured, and it will be supporting 3200nits of peak brightness, 120Hz refresh rate, and hydro touch 2.0 technology. The display is also TUV triple eye care-certified. On the camera side, features like a 108MP MasterPixel high resolution camera, 4K video recording with OIS, Multi-Focal Portrait, and Dynamic Shot have been confirmed. The device will also be supporting IP66-rated dust and water resistance too.
About the launch, it is scheduled to take place on the 6th of January 2026 in the Indian market. In terms of pricing, the 8GB/128GB and 8GB/256GB storage variants are tipped to be priced at INR 22,999 and INR 24,999 respectively. To add, the same day will also mark the launch of the Redmi Pad 2 Pro 5G tablet in India as well.
In related news, the Redmi Note 15 series Chinese New Year Edition models were announced recently, and their pre-order went live in China. Regarding its official sale, it will be commencing on the 1st of January 2026.
