Realme P4 Lite 5G Launched in India: Massive 7000mAh Battery and 144Hz Display for Under ₹13K
Following the launch of the Realme P4 Lite 4G smartphone, Realme has now launched the 5G variant of this smartphone. This launch marks the 6th smartphone in the realme P4 Series in India.

Pricing and Availability
Although the smartphone has launched today, its open sales will begin on March 25th at 12 PM via Flipkart, Realme India and other authorised retailers. Looking at the pricing, the 4GB/64GB variant is priced at ₹12,999, the 4GB/128GB at ₹13,999 and the 6GB/128GB at ₹15,999. As part of the launch offer, buyers can get a ₹1000 instant discount with an additional ₹500 off via a bank discount, which will be valid only for the first 12 hours of the sale.
Realme P4 Lite 5G – Specs and Features
It features a 6.8″ HD+ (1570 × 720 pixels) 144H Display with a screen-to-body ratio of 90.5%. It supports a touch sampling rate of up to 180Hz (120Hz by default), ensuring smooth scrolling and responsive touch input. Brightness levels can reach up to 700 nits in normal conditions and up to 900 nits in high brightness mode (HBM). Adding more to this, the display is protected by Panda-MN228 glass and uses a Corning-backed LCD panel.
Moving on to performance, the smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset, paired with an octa-core CPU and ARM Mali-G57 MC2 GPU clocked at 1072MHz. Furthermore, it runs on Realme UI 7.0 based on Android 16 and comes with 2 Major OS upgrades/ 3 years of security patch updates promise.
As for memory and storage, it comes with up to 6GB LPDDR4X RAM paired with up to 14GB of dynamic RAM (virtual RAM) and eMMC 5.1 storage. Additionally, the storage can be expanded via a memory card, and USB OTG is also available for external connectivity.
Speaking about the camera, the rear setup includes a single 13MP wide-angle sensor with an f/2.2 aperture, autofocus support, and a 77° field of view. On the front, there is a 5MP camera with an f/2.2 aperture and a 78° field of view. The device supports various shooting modes such as Night, Portrait, Panorama, Pro, Time-lapse, Dual-view video, and more. For video recording, both front and rear cameras support up to 1080p at 30fps, along with slow-motion and time-lapse features.
The smartphone is equipped with a large 7000mAh typical battery (6820mAh rated), which supports 15W charging via PD and DCP standards. It also includes features like reverse charging and bypass charging. Moreover, the phone includes a 5300mm² vapour chamber cooling system to manage heat more effectively
In terms of design, the device has a dimension of 16.63cmX7.81cmX0.84cm, and weighs around 212g. Mosaic Green and Mosaic Blue are two colour options available with this smartphone. Additionally, the phone offers IP64-rated dust and water resistance, along with drop protection and improved bend resistance, making it more suitable for everyday usage.
For connectivity, it supports multiple 5G bands, along with Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.3, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a USB Type-C port. NFC is not supported in this smartphone. Navigation systems include GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, Beidou, and QZSS.
Standard sensors such as an ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, accelerometer, and e-compass are also included. Both fingerprint recognition and face unlock are supported.
