Realme GT 8 Pro Teased to Feature a Paper-Like Recycled Leather Back; Its Camera Samples Shared; Pre-Orders in China Surpasses One Million
The Realme GT 8 Pro smartphone is already scheduled to launch next week in the Chinese market, and its pre-order had went live recently. New teaser updates have now been shared concerning the upcoming device, and more about the smartphone have come to light.

Realme GT 8 Pro – Newly-Shared Teaser Updates
As per the new updates that have been shared, Realme’s GT 8 Pro smartphone device has been teased to feature a rear panel made out of paper-like recycled leather material. It is GRS (Global Recycling Standard) – certified and is pointed out to be the technological rebirth of Paper 2.0. The rear panel is further revealed to be environment-friendly, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and offers a smoother feel. With the Photon Nano-Engraving Process, 0.02mm precision, crisp edges, and distinct layers are given on the device. As the entire engraving process does not lead to any emission of gases or production of waste water, the brand has assured its commitment towards the environment. The base regeneration, soft touch, and natural color are all claimed to be the essence of earth itself. Furthermore, the brand adds that there are no other devices in the world like the Realme GT 8 Pro’s Green and Blue color variants.
The Chinese actress – Zhang Ruonan will be the spokesperson for Realme mobile phone imaging, and teasers have also been shared showing her capture images with the upcoming Realme GT 8 Pro smartphone. Thanks to the Ricoh GR-branded camera system, vivid, fresh, and authentic street shots can be captured on Realme’s GT 8 Pro. Camera samples displaying these qualities have also been shared.
Regarding the official launch, the Realme GT 8 series is going to break its cover next week on the 21st of October 2025 and ahead of it, the brand had already announced the pre-order in China. For the Realme GT 8 Pro, the number of pre-order has by now surpassed one million units. As pre-order benefits, the Realme GT 8 Pro customers will be receiving a limited edition metal square lens decoration set (which includes a phone case as well), 1-year premium rear camera and back cover warranty, up to 24-month interest-free installments, and other added gifts worth up to CNY 2,869. When locking in the device early, customers will also be able to avail the 1-year premium rear camera and back cover warranty, up to 12-month interest-free installments, trade-in subsidy of up to CNY 1000, and gifts worth up to 1,880.
