Realme GT 8 Pro Camera Specs Again Teased: 200MP Periscope Telephoto Camera, 1/1.56″ Main Camera, 3x Optical Zoom, 25cm Telephoto Close-Up, and More Revealed
Followed by its previous teaser updates, more about the Realme GT 8 Pro camera specs have been revealed via new teasers. These have pointed out their periscope telephoto camera capabilities.

Realme GT 8 Pro – Newly-Teased Camera Specs
Realme’s GT 8 Pro smartphone is already teased to sport a RICOH GR-branded camera system and it is now revealed to feature the only 200MP ultra-high definition telephoto lens (with f/2.6 ultra-wide aperture) of its class. Furthermore, this is claimed to be the highest-resolution periscope telephoto lens to date which enables ultra-long-range zoom promising clear and far-reaching shots. In terms of zooming, 3x optical zoom and 6x/12x lossless zoom are also revealed to be supported, with uncompromising image quality. A 25cm telephoto close-up capability is also there. Along with the telephoto camera, a 1/1.56″ large main camera is additionally given and it will deliver crystal-clear night shots.
Speaking more, the Realme GT 8 Pro will be using Qualcomm’s own Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset (coupled with the e-sports independent graphics chip R1), and it will be running on the Android 16-based Realme UI 7 custom skin. A 2K 144Hz display screen has also been teased for the device, as well as a paper-like recycled leather back. Blue, Green, and White color variants will be offered for the device, and its pre-order in the country was revealed to have surpassed one million units.
Regarding the launch, on the 21st of October 2025, next week in China, the Realme GT 8 series will be officially debuted. Moreover, the Realme GT 8 Pro smartphone powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip has also been teased for Indian customers too.
