Realme GT 8 Pro Camera Module Design Officially Teased; Full Rear Panel Design Also Leaked, Revealing Robot-Like Camera Module

The Chinese consumer electronics maker – Realme had put an end to rumors by recently announcing the Realme GT 8 series launch in its home market, and its pre-reservation was also made live. Now, the design of the Realme GT 8 Pro smartphone model has been revealed, pointing out its new and unique robot-like camera module.
Here’s more about the update.
Realme GT 8 Pro – To Feature a Robot-Like Camera Module?
Realme’s GT 8 series is believed to consist of two smartphone models – Realme GT 8 and Realme GT 8 Pro, and it is the camera module design of the pro model that has been teased by the brand. By adopting an entirely new robot-like camera module design, Realme is exploring interesting designs and will be breaking both rules and stereotypes that have been set for ages.
While the official teaser poster only suggests how the camera module may look like, the Weibo tipster – Digital Chat Station has revealed it entirely. It is projected outwards from the rear panel and the main portion appears squircle in shape. Within this, two circular units at the top and a long periscope telephoto camera unit at the bottom have been given. The circular camera modules and the periscope telephoto setup appear to be the robot’s eyes and mouth. Also, there are two ear-like portions given at the left and right sides of the camera module, and it seems that they occupy LED flashlights too (one on each).
Also, the leaked design render points out that the Realme GT 8 Pro would be featuring a flat rear panel, and the same is the case with its side panels as well. The corners are rounded and the right side panel has the volume rockers and power button. Antenna lines can also be spotted along the sides, and the device is featured in a White color shade. To add, the Realme-branding is there at the lower-left portion of the rear panel, marked in a vertical manner.
Speaking more, when the Nothing Phone (3a) Pro launched back in March 2025, the device was met with both favoring and criticizing comments, and the same also repeated with the more-recently-launched Nothing Phone (3) flagship. As Realme has also adopted such a polarizing design language on its upcoming Realme GT 8 pro smartphone, the same is expected to repeat again and already social media platforms are getting filled with them.
Stay tuned for more updates.
