Realme 15X 5G with 6.8-inch HD+ 144Hz Display, Dimensity 6300 SoC and 50MP Sony IMX852 AI Sensor Launched in India

Realme has finally launched the Realme 15X 5G in India. Though it was already available in some offline markets, online customers can now purchase this smartphone as well.

It features a 6.8-inch HD+ display with a resolution of 1570 × 720 pixels, offering a 144Hz refresh rate, 180Hz touch sampling rate, 1200-nit peak brightness (HBM), and AI Outdoor Clarity mode for smooth and clear visuals even in bright sunlight. It delivers vibrant colours with 83% NTSC colour gamut, a 90.4% screen-to-body ratio, and supports 16.7 million colours for an immersive viewing experience.

Under the hood is a 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 6300 SoC, paired with an ARM Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. It comes with up to 8GB RAM (expandable to 18GB with Dynamic RAM) and up to 256GB storage.

The rear comes with a 50MP Sony IMX852 AI main camera, while the front houses a 50MP AI selfie camera (OV50D40) sensor. Both cameras support advanced modes such as Night, Portrait, Cinematic, Panorama, Dual-View Video, Street Photography, and Underwater Mode, along with 1080p video recording at 30/60fps.

It packs a massive 7000mAh Titan Battery, delivering up to 57.7 hours of calling, 23 hours of YouTube streaming, or 11.7 hours of video calls. With 60W SUPERVOOC fast charging, it reaches 50% charge in just a short shower break, and also supports 6.5W reverse charging, effectively doubling as a power bank.

In terms of durability, the device offers IP69 Pro dust and water resistance, along with MIL-STD-810H military-grade shock resistance. The design stands out with its Crystal Wave finish and Pulse Light notifications, offering 9 colour options and 5 glowing modes for stylish alerts.
