Poco X8 Pro’s Iron Man Edition to Launch Globally on March 17th, Renders and India Launch Revealed by Tipster
Poco X8 Pro series India and global launch date has been confirmed for March 17th. Alongside this, Poco has also confirmed that it will launch the Poco X8 Pro Iron Man Edition globally on the same day. Furthermore, a tipster has also revealed that this special edition may launch in India as well, though this isn’t officially confirmed.

Via a teaser posted by Poco Global from its official X handle, it confirms that the Poco X8 Pro Iron Man Edition smartphone will launch globally on March 17th alongside the Poco X8 Pro series. The event will be livestreamed via mi.com at 20:00 GMT+8. Speaking more about the teaser, it shows two halves of the smartphone with an Iron Man figure flying between them. Poco has also highlighted the tagline “The Hero Returns” in the teaser image, confirming its collaboration with Marvel.
Moving on, a tipster named Paras Guglani has shared the renders of the Iron Man Edition smartphone. Through this, it is revealed that the device has a dark grey finish with gold accents, featuring a large Iron Man graphic in the centre along with “IRONMAN” text and Stark Industries branding near the bottom. The back panel also shows POCO Special Limited Edition branding, an arc-reactor style circuit pattern, and a dual rear camera setup with gold camera rings and an LED flash.
Now here is something interesting. The same tipster also claims that Poco may launch the Iron Man edition in India and will soon also reveal the retail box price of this smartphone for India. Looking at the past, Poco first partnered with Marvel to launch the Poco F6 Deadpool Edition in India. Afterwards, it launched the Poco X7 Pro Iron Man Edition in the global markets. However, it didn’t make it to the Indian market. So, if this rumour turns out to be true, then the Poco X8 Pro Iron Man Edition will be the first special edition X series smartphone to launch in India.
