Poco M8 5G microsite goes live on Flipkart, launching soon in India

Earlier, Poco teased the launch of a new M-series smartphone in the Indian market via its official X account. This has now been confirmed through a fresh post on X, revealing that Poco will soon launch the Poco M8 5G in India. A dedicated microsite for the device is already live on Flipkart. While the microsite does not explicitly mention the Poco M8 5G by name, the URL clearly references the Poco M8, confirming that the page is indeed for the upcoming Poco M8 5G. Poco has also showcased its previously launched M-series smartphones on the page, alongside the tagline “Designed to Slay”.

The microsite also offers a brief glimpse of the smartphone in a black colour option. A closer look at the teaser image suggests a dual-finish rear panel design, with a matte finish in the centre and a vegan leather texture on the outer lining. The camera module shown in the image closely resembles that of the (Scheduled to launch in India on January 6th, 2026), further confirming rumours that the Poco M8 5G could be a rebranded version of the same device.

Earlier reports had indicated that Poco would launch the Poco M8 series in India in January 2026. However, based on the official X post and the Flipkart microsite, the Poco M8 Pro remains absent at the time of writing.
