Poco recently confirmed via a Flipkart microsite the launch of the next C series smartphone called the Poco C85x 5G in India. Now, its launch date and rear design have also been confirmed.

Poco C8x 5G – India Launch Date
A poster, which is now live on Flipkart India, confirms the India launch date of March 10. Along with this, Poco is promoting this smartphone with the tagline “battery ka khiladi”, which translates to the phone focusing on battery capacity or battery life.
Indian actor Akshay Kumar is also seen holding the smartphone, revealing the rear design. The rear appears to have a dual-tone finish in golden colour, with one side showing a matte/plain finish and the other a textured finish. The pill-shaped camera module, aligned vertically, can be seen at the top left corner, housing two circular cutouts with the primary sensor at the top and the secondary at the bottom. The LED flash is placed outside the camera deco, just next to the top primary sensor.
Looking at the design, it appears similar to the Poco C71, which was launched last year in India. However, a slight difference can be noticed between the two, as the C71 featured a grill-like texture, while this one appears to have a simpler textured finish.
Via its previous listing, we were able to make out that the rear camera would be a 32MP AI camera (this could make it sit below the Poco C85 5G). Other than this, not much is available to share regarding the specs of this smartphone.
As the launch date is now official, more details about this smartphone should be available soon.
