Oppo launched the Reno 14 5G in India in the first week of July 2025 with two colour options: Forest Green and Pearl White. The company has now introduced a third colour variant called Mint Green, which Oppo describes as a “New Shade of Cool.”
The pricing and specifications remain unchanged, as this is simply a new colour addition to the existing lineup. The Mint Green variant is already available for purchase through Amazon India and the official Oppo India website.

The Oppo Reno 14 5G features a 6.59‑inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, a 240Hz touch sampling rate, and 1200 nits HBM brightness.
It supports Splash Touch and comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 7i protection. The device is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 chipset, which records an AnTuTu score of over 14,00,000.
It runs on ColorOS 15.0 based on Android 15. The Reno 14 5G is equipped with a 6000 mAh battery that supports 80W SUPERVOOC Flash Charge, allowing it to reach a full charge in around 48 minutes.
On the back, it has a 50MP wide‑angle camera, an 8MP ultra‑wide camera, and a 50MP telephoto camera, while the front houses a 50MP camera for selfies. The device weighs 187 grams and has a thickness of 7.42 mm.
