Oppo has recently confirmed that it will launch the Oppo Pad Air 5 in its home market of China on December 25, 2025. Alongside the announcement, the company teased several key specifications of the upcoming tablet, including a large 10,000mAh battery and a 2.8K Ultra HD display. It has also been confirmed that the device will run on ColorOS, although the exact version was not revealed in the initial teasers. The Oppo Pad Air 5 is confirmed to feature a 12.1″ display with a 2.8K resolution. According to Oppo’s promotional material, the screen supports up to 900 nits of peak brightness. The company also highlights several eye-comfort features, including low blue light technology and a flicker-free viewing experience.

In addition, pre-bookings for the Oppo Pad Air 5 are already open in China. The official microsite reveals that the tablet will be available in three memory configurations: 8GB + 128GB, 8GB + 256GB, and 12GB + 256GB. It will be offered in two colour options—Starlight Pink and Space Grey.

The microsite further mentions a “soft light” display variant, designed to provide improved eye comfort. With the launch now just three days away, Oppo is expected to reveal more details about the Pad Air 5 in the coming days.
