Oppo K14 5G with Dimensity 6300 SoC, 50MP Main Camera, 3900mm² SuperCool VC System Launched in India
Oppo had initially confirmed March 9th as the launch date for the Oppo K14 5G smartphone. However, the company later postponed the launch, and it has now officially confirmed that sales will begin from March 20th.

Oppo K14 5G (CPH2869) – Specs and Features
The Oppo K14 5G features a 6.75-inch HD+ LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 1125 nits of high brightness mode (HBM). It is powered by the Dimensity 6300 SoC and runs on ColorOS 15 based on Android 15.
The device packs a 7000mAh battery and supports 45W wired fast charging, along with 5W reverse wired charging. In order to manage heat better, Oppo has equipped this with a 3900mm2 SuperCool VC system.
In terms of cameras, the rear setup includes a 50MP main wide-angle sensor paired with a 2MP monochrome lens. On the front, it offers a 5MP camera for selfies. Speaking more about the camera features, it includes Dual-View video mode, AI Recompose, AI Perfect Shot, AI Eraser 2.0, and AI Clarity Enhancer functionalities.
Notably, these specifications are identical to those of the Oppo A6 5G, which has already been launched, suggesting that the Oppo K14 5G is essentially a rebranded version of the same device.
