Oppo recently announced the Oppo A6s 4G smartphone, and now the company has officially unveiled its 5G variant. Both the 4G and 5G models share a similar design. With this launch, the Oppo A6s 5G becomes the sixth smartphone in the Oppo A6 series for global markets, which currently includes the Oppo A6 5G, Oppo A6 4G, Oppo A6x 4G, Oppo A6x 5G, and Oppo A6s 4G.

Oppo A6s 5G Specs and Features
OPPO has officially listed the OPPO A6s 5G (CPH2789), revealing its complete specifications. It comes in Cappuccino Brown and Ice White colour options and features a 6.75″ LCD display with HD+ resolution (1570 × 720 pixels), a 120Hz refresh rate, and brightness levels of up to 1125 nits in high brightness mode. The phone measures 166.61mm × 78.51mm × 8.61mm and weighs around 216g.
It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 SoC and runs ColorOS 15.0 based on Android 15 out of the box. It is offered in 6GB + 128GB, 8GB + 128GB, and 8GB + 256GB memory options, using LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 2.2 storage, with support for microSD card expansion, USB OTG, and RAM expansion for multitasking.
The rear houses a 50MP primary rear camera paired with a 2MP monochrome sensor, while the front houses a 16MP selfie camera. Video recording is supported up to 1080p at 60fps on the rear camera and 1080p at 30fps on the front, with additional features such as slow-motion, time-lapse, dual-view video, and multiple shooting modes including Night, Portrait, Pro, Underwater, and Document Scanner.
The phone packs a large 7000mAh battery (6830mAh rated) and supports up to 80W SUPERVOOC fast charging, which can fully charge the device in 64 minutes. The company also claims up to 40 days of standby on a single charge, while just 30 minutes of charging can take the battery level from 1% to 54%.
The OPPO A6s 5G carries an IP69 rating for dust and water resistance and includes a spray water removal feature that uses micro-vibrations to push water out of the speaker and ports. It also features a 3900mm² vapour chamber cooling system to help manage heat during extended usage.
Other features include dual stereo speakers with an ultra volume mode, 5G connectivity, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.4, USB Type-C, and NFC (region dependent). The phone supports multiple navigation systems such as GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, Beidou, and QZSS. For security, it comes with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and face unlock, along with essential sensors like an accelerometer, proximity sensor, ambient light sensor, and e-compass. OPPO has not yet announced the pricing or availability of the OPPO A6s 5G.
