Oppo A6L with 6.8″ FHD+ OLED flat display, Snapdragon 7 Gen 3, and Android 15 launched in China

Oppo recently launched the Oppo A6 Max, A6 GT, and Oppo K13s, all of which were rebranded versions of each other. Now, Oppo has launched a fourth sibling, the Oppo A6L, in its home market of China. The design and specifications remain largely the same, but this model comes in a single memory option of 12GB + 256GB and three colour variants of Magnolia White, Fuhai Blue, and Crabapple Pink (translated from Chinese to English).

Oppo A6L (PLL110) Specs and Features

It comes with a 6.8-inch FHD+ OLED flat display that supports a 120Hz refresh rate, high-frequency PWM dimming, and a peak brightness of 1600 nits. The bezels measure 1.68mm, and the screen includes OPPO’s eye-comfort features to reduce flicker. The device is powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset, built on a 4nm process with a maximum clock speed of 2.6GHz. Memory options include up to 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM with an additional 12GB of virtual RAM, and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage. A memory card slot is not supported.

The battery capacity is 7000mAh, with support for 80W fast charging. The company states that the battery is designed for long-term use and supports charging in a wide temperature range, from –20°C to 43°C.

Oppo A6L Specs

The rear includes a 50MP sensor with optical image stabilisation and a 2MP secondary lens, while the front has a 32MP Sensor. The software offers AI-based features such as object removal, motion blur correction, glare removal, AI upscaling, and automatic composition adjustments.

It has IP69, IP68, and IP66 ratings for water and dust resistance. Its structural design includes an AM04 alloy frame and reinforced glass, and it has been tested for drop resistance. Additional hardware features include a built-in 5200mm² VC vapour chamber for improved heat dissipation and SGS certification for durability and reliability.

Connectivity options include 5G, dual-SIM support, USB-C, NFC, dual-band GPS, triple-band Beidou, and Oppo’s Shanhai enhanced communication chip designed to improve performance in weak-signal environments. The phone also supports short-range no-network communication and upgraded AI-assisted positioning.

Audio is delivered through stereo speakers with software tuning that boosts loudspeaker output up to 300%. The device measures 7.70mm in thickness and weighs 198g. It runs on ColorOS 15, which includes features such as remote family monitoring, safety tools, system performance optimisation, glove-mode touch, wet-hand touch support, and integration for electric vehicle or e-bike monitoring. Security features include an in-display fingerprint sensor and facial recognition.

The Oppo A6L is available for purchase in China via JD.com and is priced at 1,799 yuan for the single 12GB + 256GB variant.
