OnePlus Turbo 6 Series Announced to Launch on 8th January 2026 in China, With Turbo 6 and Turbo 6V Smartphones: Design Aspects and Color Choices Teased
Following the live event, OnePlus has now officially announced the Chinese launch of its Turbo 6 series, and it will be taking place early next month. Additionally, the design aspects and color choices of the two upcoming smartphones have also been teased.

OnePlus Turbo 6 Series – Launching on 8th January 2026
As per the shared teasers, the OnePlus Turbo 6 series will have its official launch on the 8th of January 2026 in the Chinese market, at 7 PM local time, and the OnePlus Turbo 6 and the OnePlus Turbo 6V smartphone models will be unveiled as part of it. Speaking more, these devices are claimed to offer powerful gaming performance, longer battery life, and better waterproofing when compared to other competitors products of their class. Also to note, the goal with the OnePlus Turbo line-up is to offer better gaming smartphones at all price ranges, and the latest OnePlus Turbo 6 series is revealed to sit below the OnePlus 15 and OnePlus Ace 6 series smartphones in China.
Speaking about the design, the OnePlus Turbo 6 series is pointed out to offer extra-large rounded corners (to provide comfortable grip), ultra-thin metal cube design (making it comfortable for horizontal and vertical use), 3D holographic engraving technology (for the new Chasing Light Silver color variant), and super-transparent back panel (with delicate and warm touch feel). Three color choices will be offered for the two smartphones, and while the OnePlus Turbo 6 will come in Chasing Silver, Wilderness Green, and Alone Black colors, the OnePlus Turbo 6V will be offered in Fearless Blue, Nova White, and Alone Black colors.
Speaking more, key specs which include the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chip, 1.5K display with 165Hz refresh rate support, 9000mAh large battery, 80W wired + 27W reverse wired charging features, IP68/IP69/IP69K-rated dust and water protection, and plastic middle frame were teased previously for the OnePlus Turbo 6 smartphone. As the official launch date is now out, the brand is believed to start dropping more teaser updates until the launch takes place, and these could reveal more details concerning both the smartphone devices.
