After the Realme GT 8 Pro and iQOO 15, OnePlus India has now officially confirmed that the OnePlus 15 will also be coming to the Indian market.

OnePlus 15 India Launch Confirmed
OnePlus India, through its official X account, has announced that the OnePlus 15 will launch in India with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC. The post doesn’t reveal any other specifications or an exact launch timeline for India. However, the OnePlus 15 is expected to launch next month in China.
As for its Indian launch, the OnePlus 13 was introduced in January this year, but the OnePlus 15 is rumoured to debut globally either in November or December 2025. This hasn’t been confirmed yet, but we will likely get a clearer idea about its global launch timeline after the China debut.

In terms of specifications, marketing posters released on Weibo confirm that the OnePlus 15 in China will feature up to a 165Hz refresh rate display, the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, and Windspeed Gaming Core. Its design has also leaked, showing similarities with the OnePlus 13T/13S. Furthermore, its Geekbench listing has already confirmed Android 16 out of the box (ColorOS 16 will be released in China on 15th October), along with a 16GB RAM variant. The 3C certification also revealed 120W fast wired charging support.
Additionally, while Oppo has renewed its partnership with Hasselblad, OnePlus has ended the collaboration and developed its own DetailMax Engine for the camera system, which will debut on the OnePlus 15.
October is definitely shaping up to be “Techtober,” as several new smartphones are lined up for launch, either with the Dimensity 9500 SoC or the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5.
