OnePlus 15R and OnePlus Pad Go 2 to Launch in India on December 17, Design and Colour Options

OnePlus has now officially confirmed that the OnePlus 15R will launch on 17th December 2025 in India at 7 PM IST. Alongside it, OnePlus will also unveil the OnePlus Pad Go 2. The microsites for both are now live on OnePlus India (OnePlus 15R and OnePlus Pad Go 2) and Amazon India (OnePlus 15R and OnePlus Pad Go 2), showing the design, colour options, and one memory variant of the Pad Go 2.

OnePlus 15R and OnePlus Pad Go 2 Details revealed

The OnePlus 15R microsite shows the phone in black and green colours. It also confirms that it will feature IP66/68/69/69K-rated protection and will ship with OxygenOS 16 based on Android 16 out of the box. Apart from these details, the microsite doesn’t reveal much.

Earlier rumours suggested that the 15R would be a rebranded OnePlus Ace 6, but that doesn’t seem to be the case now.

Early this morning, a new poster for the OnePlus Ace 6T was released via the OnePlus Weibo account, which revealed its design and Colour options. The design matches perfectly with what we see for the OnePlus 15R, confirming that the 15R may launch as a rebrand of the Ace 6T, not the Ace 6.

Surprisingly, OnePlus is also launching a new tablet in India called the OnePlus Pad Go 2, a successor to the OnePlus Pad Go. The images show a single rear camera and two colour options: black (Shadow Black) and purple. The microsite also confirms 5G connectivity and shows the 8GB + 256GB variant. OnePlus is also introducing the OnePlus Pad Go 2 Stylo, which supports 4096 levels of pressure sensitivity.

Since the OnePlus 15R is expected to launch as a rebranded Ace 6T, it will most likely feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset, which launches on 26 November.
