Nothing sets March 5th for its first 2026 launch event; Phone (4a) series and Headphone (a) expected

Nothing has officially confirmed that it will hold its next launch event on March 5th. Interestingly, Apple had earlier announced its own event for March 4th, and soon after that, Carl Pei reshared Apple’s event poster with “NOTHING” and “5 March” scribbled across it, confirming Nothing’s event date in a rather cheeky way.

Apart from this teaser, no other details have been officially shared. However, based on previous rumours, Nothing is expected to unveil the Nothing Phone (4a) Series along with the Nothing Headphone (a) at the event. Talking about the specs, the Nothing Phone (4a)’s Geekbench listing had revealed it to be powered by a Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 SoC and was found running on Android 16 OS with 12GB RAM. Other than this, the Phone (4a) was also spotted on the Indian BIS and the UAE’s TDRA, confirming its launch in the respective markets. On the other hand, the Phone (4a) Pro’s EPREL listing revealed it to feature a 5,080mAh rated battery, support 50W fast wired charging, feature a USB Type-C port, and carry an IP65 rating. Furthermore, Carl Pei had also revealed that the Phone (4a) series will come with UFS 3.1-based internal storage.

Along with all of this, a tip from Sudhanshu Ambhore claims that the Phone (4a) series will be available in 8GB/128GB and 12GB/256GB memory options. He also suggests that the standard Phone (4a) could come in black and white colour options, while the Pro variant may be offered in black and silver.

As for the Nothing Headphone (a), it is expected to arrive in Black, Pink, White, and Yellow colour options, with a reported price tag of €159. However, unlike the Phone (4a) series, it is currently unknown whether it will be announced for the Indian market as well.
