No Realme 15 Pro+ model this time! Only Realme 15 5G and Realme 15 Pro 5G smartphones will be launched

The smartphone brand Realme will be unveiling its all-new Realme 15 Series 5G in India on 24th July at 7 PM. The series is confirmed to include Realme 15 5G and Realme 15 Pro 5G models, while there was confusion related to the Realme 15 Pro+ 5G model, as the company did not reveal anything related to this device.

At the beginning of this year, Realme 14 Pro and Realme 14 Pro+ devices made their debut together, but this time, there was no announcement regarding Realme 15 Pro+. It was assumed that maybe the smartphone would be unveiled at a later date.

Today, Francis Wong, Head of Product Marketing at Realme Global, has officially cleared all the confusion. He announced that the company won’t be launching 15 Pro+ anymore. This step is taken by the company to simplify its product line. It was further mentioned that there will only Realme 15 Pro model that succeeds the Realme 14 Pro+ and Realme 15 that will arrive as the successor of the Realme 14 Pro smartphone.

Realme 15 5G & Realme 15 Pro 5G: Features revealed

Realme 15 5G will feature a 50MP main camera and an 8MP wide camera sensor on the rear side, while in the front, it features a 50MP selfie camera. Camera features include- 4K video recording, AI Party Mode, AI Magiclow 2.0, and AI Edit Genie. The smartphone is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 7300+ SoC, which arrives with a 740,000 AnTuTu score. It offers a 120 FPS frame rate. It arrives with a 7.66mm slim profile and an IP69 rating. The smartphone will be available in 3 colors- Velvet green, Flowing silver, and Silk pink.

Realme 15 Pro 5G will feature a 50MP main camera and a 50MP wide camera on the rear side, while on the front, it features a 50MP selfie camera. Camera features include- all camera sensors support 4K video recording at 60fps, AI Party Mode, AI Magiclow 2.0, and AI Edit Genie. It is powered by a Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 SoC that provides 3x faster app launch time. It arrives with a 7.69mm slim profile and an IP69 rating. There are three color options available- Silk purple, Flowing silver, and Velvet green.

Both smartphones are backed by a 7000mAh battery and support 80W fast charging. The devices feature a Hyperlow 4D Curve+ display that offers a 144Hz refresh rate, 6500 nits brightness, 94% screen-to-body ratio, 2500Hz zero-lag touch response, and arrive with Corning Gorilla Glass protection.
