Motorola Edge 70 Fusion – India Launch Date Confirmed
As per Motorola India’s official X post, the Motorola Edge 70 Fusion will break cover in the Indian market on March 6th, 2026. Along with mentioning the launch date, Motorola has also shared a promo video that reveals a total of five colour options: Light Mint Green (Pantone Blue Surf), Deep Purple, Forest Green, Silver/Light Grey (Pantone Country Air), and Dark Grey/Charcoal (Pantone Silhouette). All of these feature a leather finish at the back. The two new colour options teased by Motorola do not show their official names yet.

The microsite still shows the three colour options that were confirmed earlier, and most likely the site will be updated by tomorrow, as the next reveal date mentioned on it is February 28th, 2026. Further, the promo video teased today also confirms that it will come with MIL-810H military-grade certification along with IP68/IP69-rated protection.

Previously, the Flipkart microsite also revealed that the smartphone will come as a world-first 50MP Sony LYT-710 sensor with OIS (Optical Image Stabilisation). It will be paired with a 13MP ultra-wide sensor that will also work as a macro and depth camera. On the front, it will house a 32MP selfie shooter. Motorola has also confirmed an Auto Night feature with 4K support for better images and videos in low-light conditions.
The device is said to feature a Super HD 1272p quad-curved 144Hz 1.5K true colour display with 5200 nits of peak brightness. It will come with SGS eye protection, Smart Water Touch 3.0, a 96.2% screen-to-body ratio, and HDR10+ support.
Although it is 7.9mm slim, it will pack a 7000mAh battery made from silicon-carbon technology. This is said to be the biggest battery ever given in an Edge series smartphone, and it will support 68W fast wired charging.
