Motorola and Swarovski expand their partnership with the launch of a special edition phone and earbuds on August 5
Remember the Moto Buds Loop that was unveiled in April 2025? This was Motorola’s first open-earbuds that arrived in Pantone-curated French Oak with crystals by Swarovski and Pantone-curated Trekking green. This earbud may soon get a new variant.
The company is planning to expand its collaboration with Swarovski, as the company has released a new teaser video revealing that the new special edition devices will be unveiled on 5th August globally.

In the above teaser video, Moto Buds Loop can be seen, which hints that we may get to see a new crystal-studded variant for the earbuds. There is also a phone visible in the video, and reports suggest that Motorola will be launching a Swarovski crystal Razr phone in the market.
In the coming days, the brand is expected to share some more details regarding these upcoming devices. It is said that the company may not change the specs of these special edition devices, but just give them a makeover. Though we do need to wait for an official confirmation before coming to any conclusion.
Moto Buds Loop: Specifications
They arrive with Moto AI features, work with any Bluetooth-enabled device, but when paired with selected Motorola devices, users can trigger Moto AI actions with simple voice commands like receiving a summary of their notifications or launching a recording of their meeting. Users can also take advantage of Smart Connect technology to easily switch between Motorola and Lenovo devices.
The earbuds are equipped with 12mm ironless drivers, while users can enjoy call clarity with a dual microphone system and CrystalTalk AI. It comes with a water repellent design to protect it against rain and splashes. It offers up to 8 hours of battery life on a single charge and a total of 37 hours on the case alone.
