LAVA Shark 2 Smartphone Featuring a 50MP AI Triple Camera System Officially Teased in India

Following the Shark 4G and Shark 5G smartphones, LAVA is preparing to launch its next Shark 2 smartphone in India and it has now been officially teased via its Instagram handle. The teaser poster shared has also revealed one among the key specs of this upcoming device.

LAVA Shark 2 – Launching Soon in India?

The LAVA Shark 2 smartphone model has been officially teased in the Indian market with the tagline – ‘Clarity that kills the noise’ and it is pointed out to sport a 50MP AI triple camera system at its rear. Its design has also been revealed in the shared teaser poster, and this upcoming device will be featuring an overall boxy design with flat side panels and a flat rear. The corners are rounded and at the top-left portion of its rear, a squircle-shaped camera module is given. Three projected internal circular units carrying camera sensors are housed within the camera module, along with an LED light strip. The camera module has also been marked with the engraving – ’50MP AI Camera’. Also to note, a Grey/Silver color variant can be expected for the device. In addition to its camera system, the brand is also marketing it for its design as well (~ ‘Design that slays norms. Clarity that kills the noise’).

Possibly in the coming days, more teasers might be dropped by the brand, which could confirm even more details and its official launch date.

Speaking of a few other related updates, LAVA’s Agni 4 smartphone has been announced to launched next month (November 2025) in the Indian market, and a pill-shaped horizontally-placed rear camera module with LED mood lights has been revealed for the device. Also, after a few years, LAVA seems to start focusing more on its tablet lineup and just recently a new LAVA tablet with the model number of ‘S511’ was spotted on the BACL certification platform (revealed to support 10W wired fast charging).
