Lava Play Max confirmed to feature next-gen VC cooling technology
Lava’s upcoming smartphone was teased earlier, giving us a first look at its design along with some key specifications. Now, the company has shared another teaser on its official X handle, confirming that the device will feature next-generation VC cooling technology. While the teaser doesn’t go into detail about what makes this “next-gen” system different, VC (Vapor Chamber) cooling itself is a high-performance thermal management method that uses a sealed chamber to efficiently dissipate heat.
Earlier reports suggested the phone will be available in two colour options — black and white — with the black variant featuring a blue strip pattern. The previous teaser also confirmed a 50MP AI camera. Unofficially, tipster Paras Guglani claims the device will be powered by the Dimensity 7300 SoC and feature a 6.72-inch FHD+ 120Hz display, UFS 3.1 storage, 6GB/8GB RAM options, Android 15, and a price under ₹12,000.

However, Lava has yet to announce the launch date or availability. The phone hasn’t appeared on any major e-commerce platforms yet, but considering Lava typically launches its devices on Amazon, it’s likely to debut there as well (assumed).
