itel A90 Limited Edition launched in India with MIL-STD-810H certification
Back in March of this year, itel launched the A90 smartphone in the Indian market. Now, itel has launched a limited edition of the A90 in India. Most of the specifications remain the same as the original model; however, the limited edition comes with MIL-STD-810H certification, making it the first smartphone in the sub-₹7,000 segment to feature military-grade durability.
Specs and Features
It features a 6.6-inch HD+ IPS display with a 90Hz refresh rate and a Dynamic Bar, ensuring smooth visuals and an always-connected experience. Backed by DTS-powered sound technology, the phone delivers immersive audio for music, videos, and gaming.
Powering the device is an octa-core T7100 processor, paired with two RAM configurations: 3GB+5GB extended RAM* and 4GB+8GB extended RAM*, both offering 64GB internal storage. The smartphone runs on Android 14 Go Edition and promises 36 months of lag-free fluency for long-lasting performance. For security, it supports both face unlock and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
On the durability front, the A90 Limited Edition stands out as the segment’s first smartphone with Military Grade certification (MIL-STD-810H), along with IP54 dust and splash resistance. Itel also offers its 3P Promise, protection against dust, water, and drops, plus a 100-day free screen replacement.
For photography, the smartphone sports a 13MP rear camera with advanced image processing and a new sliding zoom button for one-handed operation, along with an 8MP front camera for selfies and video calls. The Always-on Display and Dynamic Bar keep users updated with calls, notifications, and battery status.
A massive 5000mAh battery powers the device, complemented by 15W fast charging support (with a 10W charger).
Pricing and Availability
Colour options include Space Titanium, Starlit Black, and Aurora Blue. Pricing is set at ₹6,399 for the 3GB RAM variant and ₹6,899 for the 4GB RAM variant, with availability across retail stores in India.
