iQOO 15 Ultra Breaks Cover in China with Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, Records 4,518,403 AnTuTu Score
After days of revealing the iQOO 15 Ultra bit by bit, the smartphone has now been officially launched in China. It is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC and has achieved the highest AnTuTu score ever recorded, reaching 4,518,403, surpassing the RedMagic 11 Pro+ in the process. Most of its specifications are similar to the standard iQOO 15, which was launched last year in China and later made available globally. However, the Ultra variant brings several notable upgrades, including a larger battery, an active cooling fan tech, and additional gaming-focused enhancements.
In terms of design, the iQOO 15 Ultra introduces a distinctive new rear finish using what the company calls Texture on Fiber technology. This creates a hexagonal, honeycomb-style pattern on the back panel, which appears in orange on the black colour option and blue on the silver variant. Beyond aesthetics, the phone also features an advanced Ice Dome air-cooled heat dissipation system. This setup combines an 8000mm2 Ice Dome VC vapour chamber, ultra-high thermal conductivity graphite, Ice Dome insulation aerogel, and an extra-large 17 × 17 mm active cooling fan with 59 blades. The fan delivers up to 0.315 CFM airflow and supports intelligent three-speed control, one-click cooling, low-noise operation, hidden air inlets, and dual dust-proof mesh protection. The system is TUV Rheinland certified for high reliability and is paired with IPX8 and IPX9-level water resistance.
On the front, the iQOO 15 Ultra is equipped with a 2K Samsung Everest LTPO OLED display that uses M14 luminescent material and a non-polarised natural light output. Gaming performance is further enhanced by a self-developed Q3 gaming chip, enabling native 2K rendering, over 120fps super frame performance, and full-scene light-chasing effects. Additional features include a Monster Halo breathing light, Warhammer MAX dual-axis vibration motors offering 4D feedback, a coaxial symmetrical dual-speaker system, and super-sensing gaming shoulder keys with one-key mapping. The device also supports Game Live Master, allowing stable, one-click screen casting and live streaming.
Pricing and Availability
The iQOO 15 Ultra has been launched in two colour options, Black (2077) and Silver (2049). Open sales will begin on 6 February 2026 at 10:00 AM (China time) via the official Vivo China website. It is available in four memory configurations, priced as follows:
