iQOO 15 Ultra appears on AnTuTu with record 4,518,403 score; teaser confirms “Monster Touch” shoulder buttons

The iQOO 15 Ultra is expected to launch soon in the Chinese market. The device has already been revealed to arrive with an active cooling fan, and it has now appeared on AnTuTu with a benchmark listing. Alongside this, a new teaser shared by iQOO on Weibo has confirmed additional features and indicated the launch timeline.

iQOO 15 Ultra AnTuTu Score revealed

According to an AnTuTu V11.0.8 test listing, the iQOO 15 Ultra recorded a total score of 4,518,403 points. The breakdown includes a CPU score of 1,322,001 points, a GPU score of 1,594,848 points, a memory score of 593,523 points, and a UX score of 1,008,031 points. For reference, the RedMagic 11 Pro is listed with an AnTuTu score of 4,002,199. The listing also shows that the device outperforms 99% of tested devices in CPU, GPU, and UX, and 96% in memory performance.

Speaking more, iQOO’s latest teaser on Weibo confirms that the iQOO 15 Ultra will debut what the brand calls “Monster Touch” shoulder buttons. These are pressure-sensitive controls designed to support custom actions and four-finger control mapping. The same teaser also suggests that the launch is scheduled for February in China.

In related news, the device was spotted on China’s 3C certification platform with the model number V2546A. The listing confirms support for 100W wired fast charging.

Earlier leaks shared by tipster Digital Chat Station (DCS) suggest that the iQOO 15 Ultra could feature a 6.85″ 2K flat Samsung AMOLED M14 display and may be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, with Android 16 expected out of the box. The device is also tipped to include a Sony LYTIA LYT-600 periscope telephoto camera.

Other reported details include a 7,000mAh+ battery, support for 100W wired charging, a dedicated Q3 gaming chip, an active cooling fan, and pressure-sensitive shoulder buttons, indicating a focus on performance-oriented usage.
