iQOO 15 Flagship Officially Debuts in China Featuring Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 Chip, 2K Samsung Everest Screen, 7000 mAh Blue Ocean Battery, and More: Official Sale Now Live
At its recently held launch event, the Vivo subsidiary and a leading smartphone maker – iQOO has officially debuted its latest iQOO 15 flagship for Chinese consumers. Also, this latest smartphone device has now been put up for sale.

iQOO 15 – Officially Debuted in China
The latest iQOO 15 smartphone has been officially debuted with the tagline – ‘Leading Across Generations’, and it uses the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 flagship chip. Additionally, the all-new Monster super-core engine is also featured on it, along with LPDDR5X Ultra RAM (9600Mbps) and UFS 4.1 storage. On the AnTuTu database, the device has achieved 4,386,144 points performance score, and to ensure a stable performance, it also has an 8K Ice Dome Cooling System.
Coming to its gaming specs, the self-developed gaming chip Q3, world’s first QNSS super rendering engine, industry-exclusive self-developed full-scene ray tracing, industry-exclusive 2K original image super resolution, and the industry-exclusive 2K + 144Hz super-resolution super-frame concurrency are notable specs. iQOO’s 15 smartphone is also selected as an official KPL competition machine and it brings native 144FPS+ ultimate image quality on the Honor of Kings game. For an ultra immersive experience, Warhammer Max Dual-Axis Vibration Motor, up to 3200Hz instant touch response, War Drum Master Symmetrical Dual Speaker Pro, and universal E-sports Network System 2.0 are featured on the device.
On the display side, a 2K Samsung Everest screen is given, with the world’s first M14 luminescent material and Samsung’s 2K LEAD OLED technology. Furthermore, 6000-nits local peak brightness, 2600-nits full-screen peak brightness, up to 118% P3 color gamut area, 98.1% first frame brightness ratio, AR anti-reflection film, non-polarized natural light, 1-nit night brightness, Eye Protection 2.0, and full brightness DC dimming are other display-related specs. About its camera specs, notably a 50MP Sony periscope telephoto camera lens is there at the rear, supporting 3x optical zoom, 100x digital zoom, full-focus portraits, full-focus LivePhoto, and new dimension card selection.
Regarding its battery specs, a 7000 mAh Blue Ocean large battery is packed within the device, and it supports 100W wired fast charging, 40W wireless fast charging, as well as Global Direct Drive Power Supply 2.0. Other key specs include the OriginOS 6, Game Live Assistant 2.0, new generation ultrasonic 3D fingerprint scanner, fully-functional NFC, USB 3.2, and an IP68 & IP69-rated body.
Four color choices (of Soaring Cloud Edition, Legend Edition, Track Edition, and Wilderness Edition) are available for the device, along with five storage options (of 12GB/256GB, 16GB/256GB, 12GB/512GB, 16GB/512GB, and 16GB/1TB). Its carries price tags of CNY 4199 (for 12GB/256GB), CNY 4499 (for 16GB/256GB), CNY 4699 (for 12GB/512GB), CNY 4999 (for 16GB/512GB), and CNY 5499 (for 16GB/1TB). The sale of the device is currently live in the Chinese market, but the Wilderness Edition colorway will only be made available on the 31st of October 2025 at 10:00 AM local time.
As earlier revealed, there is an iQOO x Honor of Kings 10th Anniversary Collector’s Edition model too available (with certain free goodies), and its 16GB/512GB storage variant is priced at CNY 5499. Only limited units will be available and the first batch has already sold out. Its second batch sale will be starting on the 24th of October 2025 (three days later) at 10:00 local time.
