Infinix Hot 60i 5G with Dimensity 6400, 6.75″ 120Hz Display, 6,000mAh Battery, and Walkie-Talkie Mode Launching in India on 16 August

Infinix has officially confirmed that the Hot 60i 5G will debut in India on 16 August 2025, a day after Independence Day. The launch date was revealed through promo material on Flipkart, which also lists most of the key specifications. As spotted earlier on the Google Play Console (X6730), the handset will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6400 chipset, now officially confirmed via the Flipkart microsite.

It will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6400 5G chipset and feature a 6.75-inch HD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The device is equipped with a 6000mAh battery, offering up to 128 hours of music playback, 41.2 hours of calling, and support for wired reverse charging. It is rated IP64 for dust and water resistance.

The design sports a matte finish back with a rectangular-shaped projected camera module (with rounded corners), and it houses two camera sensors at the left portion and an LED light strip at the right. The rear camera setup includes a 50MP main sensor, supporting over 10 camera modes, AIGC portraits, and Super Night mode. On the software side, it runs XOS 15 based on Android 15, and the brand promises a 5-year lag-free experience. Additional AI features include AI Eraser, AI Extender, and a one-tap Infinix AI assistant.

Other notable features include Walkie-Talkie connectivity (exclusive to Infinix-to-Infinix devices) for communication without a SIM or network, and vibrant color options. The device also supports 1600 battery charge cycles and boasts a stylish, durable build.

So far, no leaks have surfaced regarding the pricing of this smartphone. However, with the launch date now announced and just two days to go, it’s best to wait for the official reveal.
