Huawei Mate XTs Tri-Fold Smartphone, MateTV Smart Screen, MatePad Mini Tablet, FreeBuds 7i Earbuds, and More Officially Unveiled in China: Pre-Order Already Begun
The Chinese consumer electronics maker – Huawei has now officially unveiled several of its latest product at the recently-held Huawei Mate XTs Extraordinary Master and All-Scenario New Product Launch Event. Mate XTs, Mate TV, MatePad Mini, and FreeBuds 7i are a few of the latest products and most of them are currently made available for pre-order with a sale date scheduled in this month (September 2025).

Huawei Mate XTs
The newly-released Huawei Mate XTs (Huawei Mate XTs Ultimate Design) is powered by the brand’s own Kirin 9020 chipset, and runs on the HarmonyOS 5.1 operating system. It has three storage variants, and these include the 16GB/256GB, 16GB/512GB, and 16GB/1TB options. A tri-foldable LTPO OLED display is featured on the device, and it has a total screen size of 10.2″, resolution of 2232 x 3184 pixels, and a refresh rate of 90Hz. This same display can be folded into 6.4″ and 7.9″ display screens as well.
Regarding the cameras, 50MP (wide) + 12MP (periscope telephoto) + 40MP (ultra-wide) triple rear camera system and 8MP front-facing camera are given on the device. It packs a 5600 mAh Li-ion Si/C battery within, and supports 66W wired/50W wireless/7.5W reverse wireless/5W reverse wired charging features.
Other key specs of the device are 2G/3G/4G/5G network, WiFi 6 with dual band connectivity, Bluetooth v5.2, NFC, USB type-C 3.1 + DisplayPort 1.2, OTG, side-mounted fingerprint scanner, BDS satellite calling + messaging, stylus support, 2.6 ~ 4.8 mm unfolded thickness/12.8 mm folded thickness, and 298 gm weight.
This latest device is already now available for pre-order in China, and its official sale will be on the 12th of September 2025. White, Purple, Black, and Red color variants are available for the device, and its 16GB/256GB, 16GB/512GB, and 16GB/1TB storage variants are priced at CNY 17999, CNY 19999, and CNY 21999 respectively. A 16GB/1TB Stylus Set variant is also available and customers can get it for CNY 22499. Interested customers can also purchase the Huawei Care+ for CNY 2699.
Huawei MateTV
The latest Huawei MateTV equips a dual chip architecture with a flagship mobile phone-grade chip and the brand’s own independent image chip, and both of these together delivers 490% improved single-core performance, 360% improved multi-core performance, and 251% GPU performance. Faster application opening speeds, better computing image quality, high frame rate + refresh rate, and 3D rendering. On the storage side, 12GB RAM and 256GB storage are also equipped within the device.
For its display, it features Huawei’s Black Diamond Super MiniLED flagship screen with ultra-wide color gamut and ultra-low reflection nano-composite coating. Huawei’s Yuezhang Speaker 3.2.2 with 9 speaker units and 180W peak performance output is also a notable spec. Other key specs include Lingxi innovative interaction (Lingxi Pointing Remote Control with Star Flash Connect, Lingxi Floating Touch – priced CNY 999, Lingxi Stylus), face and voice recognition, and HarmonyOS application connection.
Its first sale is scheduled to begin this month on the 26th of September 2025. About the pricing, the 65″, 75″, 85″, and 98″ standard variants are respectively priced at CNY 8999, CNY 11999, CNY 15999, and CNY 24999. Also, the 75″, 85″, and 98″ Pro variants carry respective prices of CNY 14999, CNY 21999, and CNY 30999.
Huawei MatePad Mini
The Huawei MatePad Mini tablet has been teased with the tagline – ‘Small Tablet, Big Phone’ and it features an ultra-light and ultra-comfortable design. It is as thin as 5.1 mm, and weighs as light as 255 gm. The device comes in four color choices of Spruce Green, Snowy White, Obsidian Black, and World Red.
Coming to its hardware specs, an 8.8″ OLED display screen is given on the device, with 2.99 mm ultra-narrow bezels and 92% screen-to-body ratio. The display also supports 120Hz refresh rate and 1800 nits peak brightness. Other notable specs include M-Pencil Pro support, AI Notes, AI Eye-Movement Page-Turner, communication functionality (cellular, WiFi 7, two-way Beidou satellite messaging), 32MP front-facing camera, AI Editing, 6400 mAh battery, and 66W wired charging.
Its pre-sale is now live, while the official sale is scheduled to begin on the 12th of September 2025. Three models are available for the device: Huawei MatePad Mini (standard), Huawei MatePad Mini Reading Edition, and Huawei MatePad Mini Collector’s Edition. The standard model has 12GB/256GB, 12GB/512GB, and 12GB/512GB Cloud Clear Soft Light Screen variants that are respectively priced at CNY 3999, CNY 4499, and CNY 4999. Its Reading Edition offers 12GB/256GB and 12GB/256GB Cloud Clear Soft Light Screen variants priced at CNY 3299 and CNY 3799 respectively. Finally about the Collector’s Edition, 16GB/512GB Cloud Clear Soft Screen (Stylus + Leather Case) and 16GB/1TB Cloud Clear Soft Screen (Stylus + Leather Case) variants are available and these carry respective price tags of CNY 5999 and CNY 6499. Additionally, a Smart Leather Case is also available at a price of CNY 199, along with Huawei Care+ priced from CNY 299.
Huawei FreeBuds 7i
Huawei’s FreeBuds 7i earbuds device features an Intelligent Dynamic Noise Reduction 4.0 system and with which, it is capable of delivering less than 5 seconds accurate response time, 28dB average noise reduction, and 50% noise reduction system latency. For an immersive 360° experience, HD Spatial Audio is also supported on the device.
In terms of its calling experience, 90dB call background noise elimination has also been provided. HarmonyOS Smart and Xiaoyi’s ear assistant are other added features. Regarding its battery specs, up to 35 hours of battery life can be expected and with the fast charge capability, 4 hours of listening time can be gained with 10 minutes of charge. Also to note, it is IP54 dust and water resistant as well.
About its pricing and availability details, it is already put up for sale and is priced at CNY 599. Three color choices are there and Chinese customers can choose from Space Grey, Cherry Blossom Pink, and Mother-of-Pearl White colors.
Apart from the above products, Huawei also unveiled the Lingxi Floating Touch (Pearl White) at CNY 999 and a power bank with 12000 mAh capacity and 120W charging support (in White and Black colors) at CNY 399. The Lingxi Floating Touch is already listed for pre-order, and both of these will go on sale on the 26th of September 2025.
