Honor Sets March 1st Date for MWC 2026 Launch Event in Barcelona, Robot Phone and New Magic Devices to Be Unveiled

In an announcement, Honor has officially confirmed March 1st at 1PM CET (5:30 PM IST) in Barcelona for its Honor MWC 2026 Global launch event. Under the tagline “Believers in AI Future,” it is going to be an event focusing on AI-driven devices, including a robot phone as part of the Honor Alpha Plan strategy.
The Honor Robot Phone was announced at the time of the Honor Magic 8 Series in November last year, and it was said that it would be showcased during MWC 2026. Along with the Robot Phone, Honor will also launch the Honor Magic V6, HONOR MagicPad 4, and HONOR MagicBook Pro 14 during the event.
Regarding the Honor Robot Phone, it was teased as a powerful AI brain capable of perceiving everything anytime, anywhere. It was also said to boast the mobility of a robot and can even become your own personal camera, capturing every precious moment of love. At that time, Honor showcased it as a revolutionary AI device that fuses multi-modal intelligence, advanced robotics, and next-generation imaging.
As for the Honor MagicPad 4, its microsite is already live on the Honor UK website in a single Grey colour option. The product page shows that it will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen “X,” which is likely the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 SoC. It is listed as X.Xmm slim, with a 1XXXXmAh battery, which will probably be 10,000mAh, and an XX5Hz refresh rate.
For the Honor Magic V6, it is rumoured to come in a red colour option, which was seen in a real-life image leaked online. Not only this, but its specification page was also leaked, showing two model numbers: “PNM-AN10 – Non Satellite Variant” and “PNM-AN20 – Satellite Connectivity Variant.” Both are expected to come with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC, but the satellite variant will reportedly feature a slightly bigger 7,150mAh battery with 120W fast wired charging support. On the other hand, the non-satellite variant is expected to have a smaller 6,850mAh battery and slightly lower 80W charging support.
The screenshot of the specification page also reveals that there will be two memory options, likely 12GB/256GB and 16GB/1TB for the satellite variant. The non-satellite variant is expected to come in a 16GB/512GB option, though more variants could be available.
Other details revealed by the specification page include the C1+ wireless chip and the E2 power management chip, both developed in-house by Honor. Lastly, as tipped earlier, a 200MP main camera sensor is expected.
Stay tuned for more updates.
