Honor Power 2 confirmed to arrive with IP68/IP69/IP69K rating

As earlier announced, Honor will be introducing its Honor Power 2 smartphone next week in its home country, China, and the brand has already started teasing the key features of this upcoming device in the country.

Honor Power 2: New feature teased

The smartphone is confirmed to arrive with IP68/IP69/IP69K full-level dust and water resistance ratings. It is said to support 10,000 water entries. This makes the device resistant to all kinds of water, from splashes to extreme conditions in the mountains.

Previously confirmed features include the second-generation Hongyan Communication system, 10,080 mAh battery, 80W SuperCharge, 27W wireless charging, and MediaTek Dimensity 8500 Elite SoC. The device will arrive in Sunrise Orange, Snow White, and Midnight Black colour options. It comes with an exquisitely crafted matte metal frame and is integrated with a cold-carving process. The device will feature an iPhone 17 series-like design.

A 6.79″ 1.5K flat OLED display, 50MP main camera, ARM Mali-G720 MC8 GPU, Android 16 OS, 12GB RAM option, and 16MP front camera are also expected for the device.
