The Chinese manufacturer, Honor has officially unveiled its latest foldable smartphone- Honor Magic V6, in the global market. It measures 8.75mm and is teased as the slimmest foldable smartphone in the market.

The smartphone features dual AMOLED displays that offer a dynamic 1-120Hz refresh rate. It sports a 6.52-inch cover display that offers 6000 nits HDR peak brightness and a 7.95-inch internal display that offers 5000 nits HDR peak brightness. The device is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC. It is backed by a 6660 mAh battery that comes with 25% silicon content and boasts 921Wh/L Energy density. It supports 80W wired fast charging and 66W wireless charging.
The foldable device features a 64MP periscope telephoto camera, a 50MP main camera with OIS and a 50MP ultrawide camera on the rear side, while there are 20MP selfie cameras present on internal and external displays. It is said to run on MagicOS 10, and the device is claimed to receive 7 major OS upgrades.
It offers both IP68 and IP69 ratings. It comes with Honor Super Steel (2800MPa) for the hinge and a reinforced UTG layer that is 44% stronger. It is equipped with Honor Anti-Scratch NanoCrystal Shield glass and comes with SGS high-quality durable folding certification (rated for 500,000 folds).
The smartphone features an AiMage Colour Engine. Productivity features include- Agentic AI (Cross App Action, AI Meeting Agent, AI Suggestion), and Apple connectivity for cross-platform connection. The device comes in White, Black, Red and Gold colours.

With the 2.35x telephoto extender, achieve an equivalent 200mm focal length. Users can seamlessly zoom from 200mm up to 5400mm for crystal-clear distant shots. Precision-crafted with 9 groups of 13 high-transparency glass lenses. It features 1 FCD100 fluorite-grade glass lens and 3 ultra-low dispersion lenses. The AiMage Imaging Algorithm ensures bright, detailed telephoto shots even in dark concert settings.
The cover features an ergonomic grip design, inspired by classic rangefinder aesthetics with eco-friendly silicone leather. It comes with a built-in 32N magnetic ring for instant attachment, while the unique grille design effectively boosts cooling efficiency. The lens frame comes with a standard 67mm universal thread, making it compatible with dedicated telephoto adapters and professional camera filters for high expandability.
It includes mechanical shutters and a zoom lever, precise telephoto control. The grip features an Fn/Power button, record button, shutter button, magnetic ring, custom dial, power indicator, battery indicator button, Type-C charging port, Wrist Strap Hole and 1/4″ thread hole.
