Previous reports suggested that Honor would introduce a new smartphone under its Honor Magic 8 series, but there was confusion regarding the moniker of the upcoming device. It has now officially been confirmed that the new Honor Magic 8 series device will be called Honor Magic 8 Pro Air.
Honor has officially started teasing the Honor Magic 8 Pro Air smartphone in the Chinese market. Ahead of the upcoming launch of this device, tipster Bald Panda has shared its colour options- Black, White, Purple, and Orange.
The device is said to feature a slim and lightweight design, measuring just 6.3mm in thickness and weighing around 158g. It may sport a 6.3-inch flat OLED display that offers 1.5K screen resolution. It could run on MagicOS 10 based on Android 16. The MediaTek Dimensity 9500k chipset is expected to power this device.
It may be backed by a 5,500 mAh battery and support 90W fast charging. There are also rumours about a telephoto camera on this device.
Other than this, there is also the Honor Magic 8 RSR device that is expected to make its debut soon. And it is expected that the brand may launch the Honor Magic 8 Pro Air and Honor Magic 8 RSR devices together. As per reports, this device will be available in Grey and Purple colourways.
