HMD recently teased the launch of a new 5G device in the Indian market called HMD Vibe 5G. Earlier, the company did not disclose the launch date of this smartphone, but it is now officially confirmed that the device will make its debut in the country on 11th September.

HMD Vibe 5G: Details known so far
The smartphone will arrive in Purple and Black color options. It is teased to arrive with a 50MP AI rear camera. The device features a square camera module that houses two camera sensors and an LED flash. The camera deco is highlighted with two illuminated lines, hinting at glyph-style lighting.
The device is already listed on HMD India’s official website, while it is not clear whether the smartphone will be made available via Flipkart or Amazon, or not.
In an interview with Financial Express recently, Ravi Kumar, VP and CEO, HMD India, APAC, Australia and New Zealand, revealed that soon a sub-Rs 10,000 5G smartphone will be launched in India. Since the company has confirmed the launch of HMD Vibe 5G, it is assumed that the CEO could be talking about this smartphone only.
