iQOO has confirmed that it will launch the iQOO 15R in the Indian market on February 24th, 2026. The official microsite for the device had already gone live earlier on Amazon and iQOO India, but it did not list any specifications at the time. Following the launch announcement, the page has now been updated with key performance details.
According to the microsite, the iQOO 15R will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 SoC, based on TSMC’s 3nm process technology. The company claims flagship-level performance and positions the smartphone as the fastest in its segment. The page also reveals that the device has achieved an AnTuTu score of 3.5 million plus, with iQOO noting that this figure applies to products launched under the ₹55,000 segment up to February 2026, which suggests that the smartphone could be positioned in the sub-₹55,000 price bracket.

The microsite includes performance comparisons with other chipsets. It states that other smartphones powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 have managed around 3.3 million plus on AnTuTu, while devices using the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 Plus have reached around 2.9 million plus. Smartphones equipped with the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 are shown to score about 2.4 million plus.

iQOO also claims that overall performance has increased by up to 36 percent, CPU performance has increased by 36 percent, and NPU performance has improved by 46 percent, with these improvements specifically compared to the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 platform.
As of now, iQOO has only confirmed the launch date and performance-related details for the iQOO 15R. Other specifications are yet to be officially revealed.
