Lenovo Idea Tab Plus Featuring Dimensity 6400 Processor and 12.1″ 2.5K LCD Display Officially Unveiled in India: Pre-Booking Now Live
Lenovo’s latest Idea Tab Plus tablet has now been officially unveiled in the Indian market, and its pre-booking is currently live. The device comes in two storage options and two color choices.

Lenovo Idea Tab Plus – Pre-Booking Now Live in the Indian Market
The Lenovo Idea Tab Plus tablet features a slim and light-weight design, with a thickness of 6.29mm and weight of 530gm. It has a 12.1″ 2.5K LCD display which supports a 90Hz refresh rate, 96% DCI-P3 color gamut, and 800nits high brightness mode. Notably, the display is TUV Rheinland-certified and is an eye-safe display with low Blue light and color accurate visuals.
On the performance side, the device is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6400 octa-core processor, and it is coupled with 8GB/12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB of UFS 2.2 internal storage. A microSD card support of up to 2TB can also be expected on the device. The Android 15 operating system is present on the device out of the box (with two years of promised Android OS upgrades). In terms of its battery specs, it packs a large 10200mAh battery backup, and it has a fast charge support of 45W. Up to 13 hours of YouTube streaming time is also claimed on the device. 13MP rear/8MP front cameras, quad speakers with Dolby Atmos, 5G network, WiFi 5, and Bluetooth 5.2 are being offered too.
Looking into its other specs, Lenovo Smart Connect functionality is there on the device, and it can be used for effortless file sharing via Share Hub, seamless navigation through cross control, streaming Android apps on Windows, and instant copy paste with Smart Clipboard. About its AI features, Circle to Search, Google Gemini integration, translate without switching apps, and Lenovo AI Notes are offered. Lenovo Notepad, Squid, Nebo, and MyScript Calculator are also there on the device, and it will be coming with the Lenovo Tab Pen inside the box.
Speaking of its pricing details, the 8GB/256GB and the 12GB/256GB storage variants of the device are respectively priced at INR 27,999 (actual list price – INR 40,001) and INR 30,999 (actual list price – INR 45,001). The pre-book for the device is currently live on the brand’s official website, and the Amazon listing confirms its availability via this shopping platform too. Additionally, 1,186 My Lenovo Rewards and Buy Now Pay Later (INR 2,333/INR 2,583 over 12 months) are also available with the tablet as benefits. Cloud Grey and Luna Grey are the available color choices.
