Xiaomi Book Pro 14 Announced in China with 14.6-inch 3.1K OLED Touchscreen and Intel Core Ultra Chips
On Thursday, Xiaomi announced the Xiaomi Book Pro 14 laptop in its home market, China. With this, the four-year wait for a new laptop from Xiaomi is now over. However, it remains to be seen whether it will launch outside China.

Xiaomi Book Pro 14 -Specs and features
The Xiaomi Book Pro 14 is a lightweight laptop made from magnesium alloy and carbon fibre. It weighs approximately 1.08kg and measures 316.77mm x 225mm x 14.95mm. The device features a hinge that opens to 160° with one hand. Inside the box, you get the laptop, a 100W GaN power adapter, a USB-C charging cable, and a getting-started guide.
The laptop comes in three main configurations, all including a 1TB PCIe 4.0 SSD:
- Intel Core Ultra 5 325 (8 cores/8 threads, up to 4.5GHz, 12MB cache) with 24GB LPDDR5X RAM (7467MT/s) and Intel Graphics. Available in White, Gray, Blue, and Pink.
- Intel Core Ultra 5 338H (12 cores/12 threads, up to 4.7GHz, 18MB cache) with 32GB LPDDR5X RAM (8533MT/s) and Intel Arc B370 GPU. Available in White, Gray, and Blue.
- Intel Core Ultra X7 358H (16 cores/16 threads, up to 4.8GHz, 18MB cache) with 32GB LPDDR5X RAM (9600MT/s) and Intel Arc B390 GPU. Available in White and Gray.
Display-wise, it features a 14.6″ OLED touchscreen which has a 3:2 aspect ratio, 3.1K resolution (3120 x 2080), and a 120Hz refresh rate. peaking more about the display, it offers high colour accuracy (ΔE≈0.3), 100% DCI-P3 coverage, and 500 nits brightness. Along with this, it uses 2160Hz PWM dimming and is TÜV Rheinland certified for Flicker Free and Low Blue Light to reduce eye strain. The laptop also includes a 1080P webcam, two 2W speakers with Dolby Atmos, and two microphones.
For connectivity, it features Thunderbolt 4, a full-featured USB-C 3.2 Gen2 port, USB-A 3.2 Gen1, HDMI 2.1, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3 and a headphone jack.
With a 72Wh battery, it is claimed to give 19.8 hours of backup, and takes about 26 minutes to get a charge of upto 50% with its 100W GaN charger.
The keyboard has a 1.3mm key travel with 4-level backlighting, and the power button doubles as a fingerprint sensor.
It is shipped with Windows 11 with Office Home Edition, Xiaomi Cloud, and the Super Xiao Ai AI assistant.

Pre-orders have begun, with official sales starting on March 21st at 10:00 AM. The pricing details (including national subsidies) are as follows:
