The Chinese consumer electronics maker – Huawei had announced the Huawei Mate XTs Extraordinary Master and All-Scenario New Product Launch Event in its home market a few days back and many of its latest devices were confirmed to launch at the upcoming event. As per what has been newly-shared, the Huawei MatePad Mini tablet is also set to break its cover at this same event.

Huawei MatePad Mini – To Launch on 4th September 2025 in China
The Huawei MatePad Mini tablet has been teased with the tagline ‘small tablet, big phone’ and it will be a light-weight portable device. Its launch poster also reveals the design of the upcoming tablet and as per which, Huawei’s MatePad Mini tablet is revealed to feature a flat display and rear, along with rounded side panels. The display seems to have thin and symmetrical bezels, and the punch-hole selfie camera is positioned at the top-right corner (as given in the image when held in portrait mode). At the rear, a circular-shaped camera module is present and it houses two camera sensors and an LED light strip.
Speaking more, at the bottom side panel, the charging port seems to be given, while the volume rockers and power button are respectively given on the right and top side panels. The teaser image also reveals three of its color choices as well and customers can expect to get it in Green, White, and Black colors. To note, the tagline also suggests that possibly this device may be supporting cellular connectivity.
Apart from Huawei’s MatePad Mini tablet, the Huawei Mate XTs Ultimate Design smartphone, FreeBuds 7i earbuds, and MateTV smart screen are the other devices that will be unveiled at the brand’s next product launch event that is scheduled to take place on the 4th of September 2025.
