HP Launches Laser M300 Series in India with Auto-Duplex Printing, 30ppm Speed, and Up to 3,000 Page Toner Yields

HP has introduced its new Laser M300 Series printers in India, aimed at supporting the printing needs of small and medium businesses (SMBs), local print shops, and growing enterprises. Designed for high-volume output and low maintenance, the series includes five models with automatic duplex printing and energy-efficient features.

Designed for Indian Business Needs

The newly launched series consists of the HP Laser MFP 323sdnw, 323dnw, 323d, 303dw, and 303d. All models are equipped with auto-duplex (two-sided) printing, print speeds of up to 30 pages per minute (A4), and a compact design suitable for space-limited setups. HP says the printers are tailored for businesses operating in fast-paced environments where reliability, cost control, and minimal downtime are crucial.

Key Features

Speed and Performance: The printers deliver up to 30 ppm for single-sided printing and up to 15 ipm for duplex printing. First-page-out time is as fast as 8.5 seconds. Models come with 256 MB of memory and a 600 MHz processor to ensure smooth workflows.

Versatility: Users can choose between print-only and multifunction (print, scan, copy) models, with an input tray capacity of up to 250 sheets, plus a multipurpose tray for additional load.

Connectivity and Ease of Use: The series supports both USB and wireless connectivity, and integrates with the HP Smart App for mobile printing and remote management.

Affordable and Sustainable
The printers support HP 181A and 181X high-yield toner cartridges, offering page yields between 1,500 and 3,000 pages, helping reduce the overall cost per page. Automatic duplex printing helps conserve paper and lower operating costs, while the printers’ compact size makes them suitable for tight office spaces.

In terms of sustainability, HP has incorporated 20 percent post-consumer recycled plastic into the devices. The models are also equipped with HP Auto-Off Technology and meet environmental certifications for energy efficiency in India.
