The latest Sony WH-1000XM6 wireless noise cancelling headphones brings the next evolution in noise cancellation, and it is powered by advanced processors and an adaptive microphone system. Its HD Noise Cancelling Processor QN3 now offers 7x faster processing speed compared to the predecessor, and helps in fine tuning the 12 microphones in real time. New Adaptive NC Optimizer, light-weight carbon fiber dome, and auto ambient sound mode are other related features.
Regarding its sound quality, in addition to the HD Noise Cancelling Processor QN3, the wireless headphones also equip the Sony’s own Integrated Processor V2, and the device supports Hi-Res Audio (with and without wires), DSEE Extreme, Sound Connect app, 10-band EQ, Game EQ, 360 Reality Audio Upmix (via 2-ch stereo sound and 360 spatial sound technology), and head-tracking. On top of these, it has been co-developed with leading sound engineers. Also, ultra-clear calls with intelligent noise cancellation and wind-noise free is a part of the device.
About its connectivity features, it supports multi-point, auto-switch, Auracast, and Fast Pair.
